1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kxy8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kxy8 website located at kxy8.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through it.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the kxy8 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the kxy8 platform regardless of how you access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kxy8. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the kxy8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kxy8 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling or betting activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of kxy8, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the kxy8 platform for any reason.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are legally permitted to use online gambling services in your jurisdiction before registering with kxy8. kxy8 makes no warranties or representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of kxy8 services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account registrations and account holders:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kxy8 platform. Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. kxy8 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• Identity verification (KYC): kxy8 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification (e.g., National ID card, passport) and proof of address.
• Account currency: kxy8 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are recorded in BDT.

kxy8 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Payments

kxy8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and credited to your account balance in BDT.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kxy8 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your card issuer.
• No deposit fees: kxy8 does not charge fees on deposits made via Bangladeshi mobile wallets. Your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges; kxy8 is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or using stolen payment credentials is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• No credit: kxy8 does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are currently available in your account balance.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your kxy8 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. kxy8 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Same method preference: kxy8 applies a same-payment-method withdrawal preference where reasonably practicable — meaning withdrawal funds are returned via the same method used for the original deposit (e.g., bKash to bKash, Nagad to Nagad).
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the card issuer.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

kxy8 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, kxy8 may withhold withdrawal funds pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kxy8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money wagers meeting the minimum odds or game-type eligibility criteria specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• One bonus per account: Promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: kxy8 monitors bonus activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account activity. Any account found to be abusing promotions may have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to account suspension.
• Right to withdraw: kxy8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to promotion terms will be communicated via the platform or by email.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering activity on the kxy8 platform. Sport-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the sportsbook.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only when kxy8 confirms the bet and assigns a unique bet reference number. Bets submitted but not confirmed (e.g., due to connectivity issues) are not valid.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until the moment of bet confirmation. The odds recorded at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applicable to that wager.
• Obvious errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including human error, technical fault, or data feed error — kxy8 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Sport-specific rules may apply — refer to the relevant betting rules page.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at kxy8's discretion without prior notice.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and the specific in-play rules applicable to each sport. kxy8 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

kxy8's decision on all betting matters — including bet settlement, void declarations, and odds corrections — is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding decisions made in accordance with these rules.

8 Casino Games

kxy8 offers a selection of casino and instant-play games sourced from licensed third-party game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino game activity on the platform.

• Fair play: All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer studios audited by independent testing bodies. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified systems and are not influenced by kxy8.
• Interruption policy: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, kxy8 will settle the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded on the server. Where the game state cannot be determined, the wager may be returned to the player's account balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kxy8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to kxy8 support immediately and will be reversed.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to circumvent normal market risk.
• Abusing the bonus system, including by coordinating with other accounts to meet wagering requirements in an artificial manner.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kxy8 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the kxy8 platform, its servers, databases, or any connected systems.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your kxy8 account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

kxy8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which kxy8 may take such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against deposits made to kxy8.
• Receiving a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kxy8 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (e.g., voluntary closure), any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kxy8 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any content from the kxy8 platform without prior written consent.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data-gathering tools on the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the kxy8 platform.
• Use the kxy8 brand name, logo, or any other proprietary marks for any purpose without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of kxy8's intellectual property may result in legal action. Game content provided by third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxy8 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — in relation to the platform and its services. In particular:

• kxy8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
• kxy8 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, and statistics.
• kxy8 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• kxy8's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kxy8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy

kxy8's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at kxy8.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering with kxy8, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.

kxy8 uses SSL/TLS encryption across all platform sessions and applies industry-standard security measures to protect the personal and financial data of all registered players.

15 Amendments to These Terms

kxy8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kxy8 will notify registered players by email or via a notice displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the kxy8 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kxy8 as an offshore gaming platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or the use of the platform shall first be referred to kxy8 customer support for resolution through our internal complaints procedure.
